Ingredients
- 60ml Sunshine and Sons Pineapple Parfait gin
- 30ml freshly squeezed lime juice
- 15ml sugar syrup
- Pulps of 2 passionfruit
- soda water
How to make a Passionfruit Collins
- Place all the ingredients into your cocktail shaker.
- Add ice.
- Shake until chilled
- Strain into tall glass filled with ice.
